Only what you enter in the form: company name, full name, e-mail address, country, type of business, product category, estimated volume and the content of your message. In addition, our server logs your IP address and the time of submission — a standard technical record that protects the form against abuse.
Business correspondence is kept for the duration of the conversation and up to 3 years after the last contact — the usual limitation period for commercial contract claims under Polish law. Technical server logs are deleted within 12 months. If cooperation begins, accounting documents are kept for 5 years from the end of the tax year.
We do not sell data and we do not pass it on for marketing purposes. Access is limited to our staff and associates handling correspondence, and to the service providers we use: our mail operator (dhosting.pl / dpoczta.pl) and our server provider. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
